Our Personal Security Awareness training courses are designed to enhance personal safety for both individual women and women within organisations as part of the duty of care towards female employees. I specialise in advising women in the work place or groups how to avoid, de-escalate, or get away should the worst happen. Our training courses are for every woman - all ages, shapes, sizes, fitness levels, abilities, even ladies with disabilities or in wheel chairs are able to utilise the skills I teach as the methods I teach rely on technique not strength. I am also a qualified Mental Health First Aider and am able to signpost if help is required.I also teach Personal Situational Awareness to women who are lone workers, women who travel solo or as part of a group for business or pleasure and young women leaving home for the first time for University, Gap Year Travel or for their first home away from the family.With a commitment to safety, the aim is to help make all environments more attractive, particularly to women, by addressing their unique security concerns.
