As a supervisor at Mesa Rim Climbing Centers, I oversee the daily operations of the yoga & fitness department, manage a diverse and passionate team of instructors, develop partnerships to bring exciting events to our members, and cultivate a supportive environment for climbers of all levels and backgrounds to continually reach new heights. I have been in this role for over a year, and I enjoy combining my love for climbing and fitness with my skills in program development, event planning, and community building. I’ve successfully solicited sponsorships and donations for events, and launched exciting fitness programs that engage the community in innovative ways.I am also a certified yoga teacher and trainer with more than 15 years of experience in teaching, mentoring, and leading yoga programs and workshops. I hold an E-RYT 500 credential from Yoga Alliance, as well as certifications in inclusive fitness training and Warriors at Ease. I specialize in adaptive and accessible yoga for people with disabilities, veterans, and trauma survivors. My mission is to inspire life-long movement practices that promote health, wellness, and empowerment.
