I manage the end-to-end execution of certificate education projects, from conceptualization to delivery, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Notable achievements include:I led the successful development and launch of the Data Science for Investment Professionals Certificate, resulting in increased customer engagement with our certificate offerings. I oversaw the content development of the Climate Risk, Valuation, and Investing Certificate and the successful pre-sale period, which exceeded the sales expectations for the first cohort. I have also been selected to lead an innovative, cross-functional project on incorporating an AI assistant in the self-paced version of the Climate certificate.I actively collaborated with content creators, instructional designers, and technology teams to streamline processes and improve efficiencies in project delivery for both the Data Science and Climate Certificates.I have demonstrated proficiency in project management methodologies, including Agile, to drive successful project outcomes and align with the team's needs.
