Employed under the guidance enhancement initiative to design, manage and implement the work within an educational setting. The initiative or program was broken down into various projects.One element of the program was aimed at building links with industry. This involved liaising with multinational companies, organizing events to develop the connections made. Another element consisted of working towards the promotion of the uptake of mathematical and scientific subjects within the student population. Developing strategies that would promote that within the school. Numerous events were organized to facilitate this agenda. Finally the last element within the initiative was aimed at targeting young people at risk of educational failure and early school leaving. This involved setting up of numerous and varied projects which facilitated channels of communication between the parties concerned.Agile methodology used in addition to other methods.
