After my travels I landed back at HAA to help them through a busy Q1 and Q2 on the Google account

Clients: Google I led the Google account, the agency's largest in terms of revenue and size of the creative team. I developed client relationships and oversaw three agency retainers with the Global Search Ads, Google Retail, and Google Cloud teams. I was promoted to Senior Account Director after ~1.5 years of handling the account as Account Director. As Snr AD I: - Built lasting relationships with our key client partners by consistently strengthening HAA’s reputation within Google. This expanded our reach within the organisation to a network of over 50+ individual contacts within the Google marketing and creative teams, including Snr marketing leadership teams. - Ensured project profitability and account growth, surpassing our average target profitably across all projects, and achieved outstanding YoY account growth (+480.5% between Q1‘22 and Q1 ‘23). - Delivered account-level insights reporting to the executive leadership team so that they would be able to make informed company-wide decisions, as well as make improvements in processes and services.
