Designed and implemented data collection methods to track services and outcomes on child, family, provider and community levels in a mixed-methods approach. Collected, cleaned and maintained complex data sets for analysis and reporting to funders and stakeholders. Linked participant data from multiple sources (i.e., two agency electronic health record systems for behavioral health and medical health, and program-specific social risk factor data) for comprehensive longitudinal data analysis.
