I led a team focused on talent development, performance and leadership development in support of strategic objectives to grow for tomorrow. This entailed: - Development of the organization-wide (Canada, US and UK) leadership development strategy and implementation plan; Includes identification of key capability areas and delivery of full suite of offerings in support of them. Designed and launched innovative online self-service leadership development resource. - Refinement of the performance management and development process to focus on continuous coaching and feedback. - Enhancement of key talent processes including succession planning and high potential identification.

- Led change management for business-critical initiatives including large-scale technology implementation. Role included developing full change strategy applying PROSCI/ADKAR and executing on engagement, learning and communications tactics. Facilitated broker engagement sessions as key inputs.- Provided strategic communications and employee engagement support to SVP of Personal Insurance, encompassing internal communications planning and execution. Introduced virtual town hall/check-in series during COVID-19 and moderated 30+ team sessions.- Led program to enable enterprise-wide sales force effectiveness (SFE) through enhanced training, coaching, and process discipline.

In my role, I worked in collaboration with clients to define learning solutions in alignment with organizational strategy and goals, and led the end-to-end development of blended learning systems—from needs assessment to evaluation.

Wittington Fashion Retail Group (now Selfridges Group) operated three of the world's finest luxury specialty retailers including Brown Thomas in Ireland, Holt Renfrew in Canada and Selfridges in the United Kingdom. In my role, I designed and executed a comprehensive organizational effectiveness review across all 3 companies and led the development of our talent strategy and related programming.
