- Develop strategy for storytelling across digital content creation at one of America’s Fastest Growing Retailers, overseeing the messaging in video and editorial.- Build relationships with key partnerships across the company to ensure marketing cohesiveness and promotion, including Site Optimization, Direct Messaging, Social Media, Product, Public Relations, and Advertising. - Oversee editorial content and its inclusion in marketing initiatives including seasonal stylebooks, brand shops, product copy, and videos. - Work with cross-functional leaders to develop and execute marketing campaigns, including private label launch, plus size, and social shopping strategies, as well as community building initiatives.- Lead, mentor, and provide guidance to team of content creators and uphold culture of collaboration, insightfulness, and creativity across team.
