Stewart Foundation. I am the Senior Consultant for Grants for the Foundation for Hearing and Speech Rehabilitation and work with Longhouse Capital Advisors on their marketing strategy.

In my role with WSC, I co-authored a national report on the breadth and depth of bridge programs that help low-income adults attain postsecondary credentials leading to further education or careers. Researching best practices of bridge programs, I analyzed the BridgeConnect Survey, designed an interview protocol and conducted interviews, and co-authored a report.

As a Senior Policy Associate for the Chicago Jobs Council, I facilitate the Opportunity Chicago initiative which was a $25 million, city-wide collaborative involving government agencies, foundations, and service providers that seeks to increase access to training and employment opportunities for 5,000 residents of public housing over five years.

At the Upjohn Institute I conducted research on workforce, economic, and educational development. I used the knowledge gained through conducting this research to convene community leaders to engage in a major community alignment initiative that seeks to bolster the economy through educational and workforce development.
