Held positions of increasing responsibility for this retail establishment resulting in becoming a Store Manager within two years of being hired full-time. Positions also included part-time work as a Sales Lead during college breaks in 2008 and 2009.Contributions:As an Assistant Store Manager, hired some of the store’s best talent resulting in high team energy, desired retention and sales growth.As Store Manager, increased store sales by 2% in 2 months.As a Sales Lead, worked with local customers and store Ambassador to collect over 5,000 jeans during a “Jeans for Teens” promotion.

I interned with Gap International for three summers working on various projects in multiple departments. Outlining a marketing plan for the Executive Challenge Course department was a highlight of my time with Gap International. I also worked on monitoring resources of in house events as well as assisting in the planning and execution of these events. A third project that I was involved in was data analysis with the diagnostics team.
