Taking a project from a concept to completion. Building strong, meaningful and lasting relationships with community members is one of the key responsibilities. Works as an ambassador of Mural Arts in project communities at all times, while accompanying the artist through their creative process. Worked in collaboration to design, paint and install large scale artwork.

Through the Foundations and Innovations as well as the Arts Integration program facilitate introspection and in depth individual and communal art work with middle and high school age students through drawing, painting, and mixed media projects. Created mural projects at Gompers Elementary, Kensington High School, Buist Park, and Billboards in Phila. Additional work included supporting in-school teachers to reinforce skills and techniques using STEAM based curriculum and serving on the DEI and wellness committees for Mural Arts.

Created and implemented relevant reflection-based art instruction while maintaining supplies, budget and assessment of students’ needs and abilities. Collaborate with classroom teachers to integrate core standards. Design and install indoor and outdoor mural mosaics

Partnership with students and teachers grades 4-8 and teachers to create art integrated lessons utilizing technology and games.Work with Global Writes, local arts partners, schools, districts, and Metis Associates in the planning and implementation of project dissemination activities. Art Teacher and Communications Associate (CA),As Art Teacher, bought the school visually to life by filling the hallways with thoughtful and visually appealing artwork. Students were challenged and taught art history, while feeling pride in their artwork. Through creating and implementing relevant reflection-based art instruction while maintaining supplies, budget, assessed students’ needs and abilities. Collaborated with classroom teachers, core standards were integrated to meet the needs of each student.While working as the CA,highlighted and showcased the school through communications activities using text, images and branded logos in support of community-building, fundraising, events, marketing, advertising, and public relations. Also supported and assisted in running a very successful auction, including leading all volunteers

Worked on a team of artists painting and installing large-scale outdoor murals, while also providing instruction and feedback to High School students involved in the “Mural Corps Program,” a division of Mural Arts. Worked as a team member on National/International Arts and Cultural projects, including lead backend point of contact for Art is My Occupation funding Occupy artists, while maintaining gallery, office and Studio; main point of correspondence; Art Care and transport. Managed Favianna's social media strategy to connect individuals and groups with her artistic and political work

Designed two site specific mural mosaic benches with the assistance of youth, which were displayed at Harlem Artist’s Studio Tour October 2007; met with local representatives and community members to gain information and taught and enlisted two local youth groups .
