In my capacity, I was responsible for hiring, staffing, and performance management, as well as establishing standards and guidelines for quality control. I managed editorial operations across various revenue streams, including sponsorships, advertising, and subscriptions and represented The Block at domestic and international events both moderating and speaking on panels.
