About Sarah Kozay

Hello! I'm Sarah, and I stumbled into product management over 10 years ago when I said "sure, let's try it!" for the first of many times. From there, my inclination to help people and experiment has led to my growth as a mentor, trusted collaborator, and experienced product manager who can focus on both high-level strategy and planning as well as granular discovery and delivery processes. For me, product management is all about leading with empathy, listening with intent, and communicating with transparency. Additionally, reduced delivery cycle time from 4 weeks to 2 weeks by distilling tasks into smallest units of work and shifting regression testing to maximize efficiency. + Owned product launch readiness to ensure that customer-facing teams were equipped with the training and documentation necessary for successful releases. This included working closely with Customer Care to plan, execute, and track complex migrations with 100s of saved settings for live customers from legacy products on a monolith php platform to microservices on an AWS platform.
