Some of the highlights of my experience in this role include:-Create and execute the marketing plan. From daily social media posts to annual budgeting, I collaborated extensively with others to help achieve our fundraising and enrollment goals, which were both met in 2020 and 2021. The winter weekend program also enjoyed a record amount of participation, with athletes ages 7-19 in four different programs.-I served as the “stage manager” during our live online fundraising event in February 2021, helping CVA raise over $150k for the scholarship fund. This was the first live online event for CVA, and our team learned new skills and overcame obstacles to achieve our goals.-I migrated CVA’s website from the old Blackbaud system to the new Blackbaud system in 2020. I coordinated closely with Blackbaud consultants and our Director of Enrollment to bring the new Enrollment Management System online. I also coordinated closely with Blackbaud consultants and our Assistant Director of Development to migrate to Raiser’s Edge NXT.
