I'm a designer and analyst. I look at problems from different lenses utilising Lean Six Sigma tools and methodologies, design principles, logic and empathy to find solutions. Trained as a designer and a creative at heart, design thinking and a critical thinking mindset are a part of my nature. As an analyst, I’m experienced in working with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds, workshop facilitation, quantitive and qualitative data analysis, defining business and customer requirements, identifying process risk, designing and optimising processes and creating efficiencies.
