As a senior executive, I led large, nationally based, multi-disciplinary teams. I think I’ve faced just about every issue you could imagine. I’m a great learner so I took on those challenges and relished seeing my teams not just strengthen but drive outstanding performance. One example of that performance was leading the transformation of ADF Recruiting to achieve and sustain world-leading fill rates of above 90%.
