With an academic background in natural sciences, an early career in IT & IT recruitment consultancy, plus qualifications in teaching and learning, my role as MD of an e-learning and sustainability training business, could not be more enjoyable. Over the years, I have worked with our technical architects on the design of features for our in-house learning management system, with our e-learning development team on the content for both our customers' and our off-the-shelf e-learning packages, and with Traineasy's customers to successfully onboard and nurture them throughout the customer-supplier relationship. With a customer first mindset, and a passionate advocate for nature and the environment, I am now busy forging strategic partnerships with other businesses whose values align with ours.
