Our ‘Back to Business’ workshops and seminars have helped almost 1,000 women reconnect with the workplace, either in the corporate world or to start and grow a business. We’ve led the discussion about menopause. We’ve run expert-led workshops helping women to demystify, prepare for and manage menopause. This has been so positively received that we have been invited into a number of FTSE 100 companies to run a similar programme for their employees and senior management. We have raised over £250,000 for various charities including NSPCC Childline with our biennial Family Ball and our annual Dragonboat racing and other events. We are proud to have been chosen as finalists in two categories in the 2019 Merton Best Business Awards: Entrepreneur of the Year and Extra Mile.
