In over seven years with Marts&Lundy I had the honor to work with over 35 clients, including Communities in Schools, Delta Gamma, North House Folk School, The Cleveland Orchestra, The Washington Ballet, and Youth Guidance. With all of my clients, I took a collaborative approach which proved to be highly effective at helping to articulate strategy, mold teams, execute campaigns and programs with impact, as well as to build institutional self-confidence.One of my proudest achievements at Marts&Lundy was the co-creation of the Client Diversification Initiative (CDI), a partnership with Lever for Change. Working with underfunded non-profits serving and led by marginalized communities, we provided pro bono consulting services.

Our team provided comprehensive development counsel exclusively for independent schools. This involved development office assessments, feasibility studies, board training, and capital campaign counsel.

Coordinated and managed a cross-functional team of five people representing Marketing & Communication, Annual Giving, Special Events, and Stewardship.

As Acting Director during the last quarter of a problematic fiscal year, I developed the strategy that moved the annual fund from a crisis state to reaching the goal. Over the next six years, we rebranded the program and doubled the income from the annual fund.
