Product Data Management: Responsible for a portfolio of the top five brands in the company in the pillars of Watches & Jewelry and Beauty, combining more than 60% of YTD sales. Register new products and maintain data elements such as cost, retail price, brand, color, and size. Create purchase orders with high accuracy and completeness of product information.Product Data Analysis: Perform critical analyses of product data to provide insights into new business initiatives, support the system-enhancing project “Xcelerate” and follow custom requirements. Maintain high data accuracy by performing mass data cleanup of SKU’s warehouse and store authorization to meet the company's KPI.Data Governance and Collaboration and Problem-Solving: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enforce data governance policies, standards, and procedures while supporting business initiatives. Act as the system expert, monitor any abnormal and unusual system issues related to product data and resolve the issues by working with IT support to improve efficiency.UAT and RPA Project Management: Support system-enhancing projects, e.g. the megaproject “Xcelerate” and implementation of Mulesoft by participating in UAT. Work with the RPA team on multiple projects to automate tasks, i.e. SKU and PO creation, as a result of a huge increase in the team’s efficiency by eliminating repetitive daily tasks.Team Leadership and Development: Manage a team of three specialists for the category handled. Set objectives and provide coaching as needed. Work closely with the Senior Managers and other analysts to implement a data governance framework, ensuring data integrity, quality, and team efficiency.Training and Escalation Point: Provide onboarding training about the systems (PIM and SAP) for internal and external teams. Serve as a key point of contact for MDM-related topics and act as the escalation point for complex issues.
