My role as P&C Partner for our well established Central Coast hospital and newly opening Western Sydney hospital is to work closely with our Senior P&C Partner and CPO to deliver strategic people initiatives across the SASH network, through effective partnering with key leaders. Managing a portfolio of over 160 team members across these two sites, my goal is to help cultivate a collaborative and constructive culture for our people.

In my hybrid role as People Connect Team Leader / P&C Partner for SASH Central Coast I was responsible for establishing the newly formed People Connect team. The PC team was responsible for servicing the needs of our people, through successful onboarding and induction, roll out of wellbeing initiatives, celebrations of key events throughout the year, delivery of reward & recognition and much more. My role as Team Leader involved mentoring and coaching a small team of P&C professionals to deliver service excellence to our team members across the entire SASH network. Key achievements in this role include successfully mentoring and developing my growing team, including encouraging personal development and career progression, whilst also successfully servicing over 600 team members (through contract generation, onboarding & induction, roll out of remuneration reviews and cultivating a positive & safe work environment) as a team. In my role as P&C Partner for SASH Central Coast, I have been heavily involved in driving positive cultural change, and implementing people initiatives to improve the connectivity between our hospitals, consistently improve the employee experience and managing key stakeholder relationships. Other core accountabilities include providing regular coaching and guidance to key leaders to build their leadership capabilities and transform their ways of thinking to become constructive and high performing leaders.
