Amazon Special Projects aims to hire in-demand scientists and engineers for a number of confidential science initiatives. To support the team's sourcing goals, I wrote a White Paper that compiles untapped sourcing data. I heavily focused on researching candidate hotspots and identifying key insights for niche job openings. Most days, you'd find me cross-referencing data sets or surfing LinkedIn Insights.

At WKP, I supported the firm's full-cycle marketing endeavors, researching need-to-know data and generating market reports. The marketing team raised visibility for our team of personal injury attorneys.From the HR aspect, I balanced multiple projects that dealt with Payroll, Records Retention, Insurance Policies, and Administrative Assistance. I supported the firm's HR team for the duration of the summer and was lucky enough to work in a close-knit company. Also, my love for Excel spreadsheets spawned at this job.

At FeelGood, I designed and implemented marketing campaigns to advertise nonprofit events. This led to record-breaking fundraisers using cost-effective solutions within a tight-knit team.

In this nonprofit organization, I recruited for high-volume volunteer openings at multiple refugee centers. We partnered with local organizations in the DFW area, both raising awareness and connecting students to volunteer opportunities. Aside from recruiting, I also served as a volunteer coordinator and collaborated on many projects with marketing.
