-Evaluation team lead for two evaluations of DFAT projects (Papua New Guinea and ASEAN) and team member for review of the Australia Awards Program in PNG- Coauthored DFAT Practice Note on Remove Monitoring and Evaluation (2021)- MEL advisor for the ACCESS program in Cambodia from 2019-2023. Led updating the MEL plan and provided ongoing support to MEL implementation.- Led the development and supported implementing of the Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning plan for the ADB delivered Sustainable Infrastructure Assistance Program Phase II in Indonesia (2019-2024)- Wrote the MEL framework and contributed to the design of DFAT's Education investment in Nauru (2020)- Facilitated a workshop to scope a Sector Investment Plan for DFAT's work on Education in Myanmar- MEL advisor to the Health portfolio in the Human Development Monitoring and Evaluation Services contract in PNG.

• Provided on demand monitoring and evaluation support as an M&E Advisor at the Fred Hollows Foundation across the Foundation’s 25 programs including advising on M&E plan development, data collection tools, program design, and evaluation commissioning and management.• Facilitated a workshop to develop a theory of change for the Foundation’s work around Diabetic Retinopathy.• Delivered training on M&E basic theory and implementation throughout the project cycle to senior program managers. Wrote guidance on developing M&E plans as part of the design of new projects. Contributed to developing the Foundation’s evaluation guidance, including quality standards and templates. • Developed the Foundation’s guidance on M&E of advocacy projects and supported the partnerships management team to develop a monitoring system for collecting data and reporting on KPIs. • Led peer reviews of the country Annual Results Reports and coded the reports in NVivo to support analysis and synthesis of the findings. Used results to co-write the Foundation’s first Annual Effectiveness Report. • Helped design and conduct an evaluation of a gender and health education program in Cambodia, including conducting interviews and focus group discussions, analysing and interpreting the data and writing the evaluation report.

- Managed the 2010 Philippines Annual Program Performance Report, including drafting, editing and peer review of the document- Developed ongoing performance and quality processes and supported evaluationsActed as Deputy Director of the section, managing briefing requests, budget processes and coordinating all Canberra generated enquiries

- Managed contracts with civil society organisations delivering family violence and sexual assault support services for the North Western Melbourne Metropolitan region- Led the development of a partnership agreement to build collaborative work practices between Child Protection, Family Services and Family Violence Services. Facilitated stakeholder meetings and sector consultations to finalise the agreement.- Represented the Department of Human Services at Family Violence governance bodies comprised of community service organisations, local government and Police representatives, providing information about Govenrment policy and responding to queries

- Scoped and planned an evaluation of a capacity building program, liaising with Papua New Guinea post and other Australian Government partners- Supervised an intern and supported them to draft a summary of evaluation outcomes from the PNG program

- Completed a 6 week training program with the Australian Agency for International Development on public service processes and development programming management- Managed the independent evaluation of a $70M health sector project & participated in a evaluation mission in Port Moresby, PNG.- Performed Gender analysis of Programs- Liaison officer for the Republic of Korea delegation at Pacific Islands Forum hosted by the Prime Minister in Cairns

• Conducted baseline survey on income levels of women involved in savings and loan activities.• Evaluated the effectiveness of local NGO Mlup Baitong’s development initiatives and made future recommendations• Produced gap analysis for past income generation programs and designed a new program for savings group activities involving skills development and the use of micro credit to start micro businesses• Wrote project proposals utilising logframes
