I worked with the director of marketing and development to revamp the Kuchinate website leading to improved user experience and increased online sales. Utilized Canva for image editing and Shopify for seamless content uploads. Generated engaging content for social media platforms and the website. Inside the physical store, I managed visual merchandising, creating an inviting atmosphere. Drawing on my retail background, I optimized store layout, product placement, and inventory management.

I worked with the editorial team to keep The Cannigma up to date and appealing to the readers. Tasks include article research, writing, uploading content, and social media development. My main project was working on The Cannigma's directory for their website. I became more well-acquainted with Excel and learned about different businesses and their strategies.

This is where I learned the basis of my customer service and retail experience. I drove sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.
