• Developing Fintech Technology (“Fintech”) businesses. Key achievements include the end-to-end business setup of the bank’s first “Robo-Advisory” business (branded as Kenanga Digital Investing) and its first end-to-end cloud-hosted application (AWS Cloud). Kenanga Digital Investing was successfully launch to the public in Feb ‘22 and has achieved an Assets Under Management (AUM) of RM250 million (as at Aug ‘22) - note that the business operations were successfully handed over to the new business owner upon launch• Works closely with senior management to formulate the bank’s digital strategy including the Super App and Wealth-as-a-Service (WaaS) to drive scale and growth including engagement with Ant Group as the Super App infrastructure and software vendor. Other scope of work comprises of developing new digital initiatives and monetisation strategies, including business intelligence research backed by data insights in the Fintech space to curate and present proposals to the Board of Directors of the bank• Evaluate Fintech investments for the bank’s investment purposes including the bank’s first foray into the digital asset or cryptocurrency arena via its investment in one of the first three Digital Asset Exchange approved by the Securities Commission, Malaysia• Pioneered, built, and currently leads a team of multi-disciplinary expertise (legal and corporate advisory, compliance advisory, project management, financial analyst, data scientist, business analysts, digital marketing, and cloud engineers) to achieve quicker time-to-market results beyond the existing BAU operating structures• Takes the lead in the regulatory applications of new digital financial services licenses, including development of business plans and customer value propositions with regulatory aspects (e.g. Digital assets, Digital banks)

• Analyzing performances of Malaysian property developers via management visits, company accounts, news/announcements, and industry data to identify prospective stock ideas. Subsequently forecasting of future results via financial modeling, and determining forward stock valuations. Has strong rapport with senior management of coverage companies. • Specializes in developing sectors’ data ecosystems for development of thematic studies using a quantitative and fundamental analysis. Examples are: Discovery of the physical Property market cycles and their relationship with the Stock Market and Banking sector to determine the sector’s cycles peaks and troughs / Formulation of mechanism that links CPO prices with Plantation stock price-earnings valuations, which assists fund managers to trade Plantation stocks more efficiently is the absence of fundamental catalysts / Development of new valuation techniques that factors for investor’s behaviors • Institutional client servicing including value-add activities such as teach-ins, site visits, and thematic events as well as regular marketing of top stock picks and sector calls, including ensuring that the team’s ranking remains the Tier One category amongst key GLC Funds while consistently remaining in its Top 3 analyst client ratings. • Supervision of other sector analysts (Plantations, Construction, Aviation, Packaging) including development of analysts KPI and reward systems, manpower replenishment • Industry recognition: (i) Speaker for Malaysia Property Summit (Mid-Year Review 2016 and 2017) (ii) Panel Speaker for The Edge Property Investment Forum (Apr 2016 and Mar 2017) (iii) Panellist for Malaysia Post Property Market Report 2016 Dialogue NAPIC (Apr 2017) (iv) Sits on the MFRS Application and Implementation Committee (“MAIC”) which was set up by the Malaysian Account Standards Board (“MASB”) (v) multiple property outlook presentations to the senior management and board of directors of listed property developers.
