Responsible for the coordination and completion of projects within the Information Technology department. Oversees all aspects of projects, sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others works with business users and IT management to define project scope and requirements coordinates development of project plan, design, end user training, and implementation tasks coordinates the efforts of assigned personnel to project ensures timely and accurate completion of all project deliverables acts as change agent to ensure that the impact of the project is analyzed, anticipated, and planned for ensures measurement of project success is determined up front and is met upon completion communicates project status regularly to appropriate individuals provides early notification of project issues prepares reports for upper management regarding status of project proactively anticipates potential project issues and actively works to ensure resolution of any major problems relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals a wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected holds postproject review to ensure successes and failures are noted, so that the project team and organization can learn from both maintains strong knowledge of companys business operations builds and maintains working relationships with team members, vendors, and other departments involved in the projects maintains close working relationships with IT managers continues education on new and emerging technologies in order to identify opportunities to improve IT environment and complies with policies, procedures, and standards defined by the IT department and company.

The primary responsibility for this position was to respond to Associates regarding online media advertising and promotion requests. I interacted directly with people who were actively marketing LegalShield online and who needed guidance in those efforts. I helped develop the LegalShield marketing and branding guidelines for social media pages, groups and campaigns.
