I contributed on a number of projects where my role was to compile and collate a range of Food Chain-generated data and feed back the results to the relevant stakeholder(s). The projects included:- Collating the raw data for a study on Food Insecurity, Financial Crisis and Viral Suppression among Food Chain Service Users. The results were presented at the British HIV Association (BHIVA) and the National HIV Nurses Association (NHIVNA) conferences in 2016.- Creating Sample User Stories that captured some of the diversity of individuals supported by The Food Chain. - Dietary Analysis of Sample Grocery Hampers- Compiling Feedback Questionnaire ResultsThe results of these projects were used to help refine how services are managed and delivered; to provide additional information to support funding applications; to further develop volunteer training; and to provide statistics that capture the range and diversity of individuals supported by the Food Chain. The results were also included in various print and web publications, such as the Annual Report and the recipe book Nourish.I have a seemingly high tolerance for repetitive tasks which require a high degree of accuracy and consistency. However, what I enjoyed most about this role was seeing patterns and very human stories emerge from the lines data. With the support of Food Chain staff, this helped me garner a better understanding of the issues affecting individuals with HIV, the importance of good nourishment, and the some of challenges faced by individuals and families in severe health or financial crisis face. Providing 1st and 2nd line support to approximately 500 members of staff, their computers, servers and network. The IT environment was predominantly Microsoft based, with Server access and administration delivered via Novell NetWare 6.
