• Hardware SE lead of 11+ Responsible System Engineers developing complex digital and link configured items, leading the team to a delta PDR milestone. Led the Payload Systems Engineering team of 35+ in the road to Preliminary Design Review and Audit (PDR, PDA) for key PLSE deliverables and milestones of $1B+ program• Developed and generated weekly metrics for PLSE team on Requirements Allocation Development, Element Specification VCRM development, Element Requirements vs. Capabilities development, and Segment Requirement Verification Planning• Helped develop the detailed schedule for Earned value Metrics on Phase 1 for the channel systems engineering team

• Provided timely functional support to 13+ Section Members (Timecards, policy and guidelines, training requests, approval decisions)• Maintained and provided effective communication with employees tailoring communication style to each individual. • Identified, characterized, coordinated >60 PL project risks and risk mitigation steps within the PL Project area (including enhancement activities as they were added onto the main program)• Presented weekly at the Program-level risk management advisory board (RMAB) and represented the PL Project across a cross-project meeting with customers• Coordinated, facilitated, and tracked >20+ cost-savings initiatives across the PL Project; Lead for quarterly PL Affordability Review• Visibility to program business process, liens and was a key contributor to an enhancement proposal as the risk manager

• Segment RF Command & Telemetry Link Lead for multiple Space Vehicles & payloads, from the segment down to the unit level• Directly managed 3 reports in this role on a daily basis, which included tasking and resource planning to meet scheduled milestones. • Lead for Payload-level narrowband channel and end-to-end requirements flowdown and verification, including weekly coordination with customer community and presentation of current technical status of requirements vs. capabilities.

• Responsible Systems Engineer for 10+ RF and antenna hardware units during critical development phase of large $1B+ program• Responsibilities included spec releases, verification sell-off memos, requirements vs. capability assessments, review of hardware test & analysis, coordination with Channel SE for spec re-allocation, requirements interpretation for RDE, test planning, test reviews and supported delivery of multiple units via EIDP preparation

• Developed, owned and maintained antenna and RF gain, NF, IP budgets at PL Channel-level and at the Unit-level• Author of one sub-section of tech volume for the TSAT Proposal efforts• Channel requirements analyst, supporting delivery of the Reqts Allocation Document (RAD) engineer for Co-channel Interference, Adjacent Channel Interference Beams on TSAT antennas
