Created and executed a methodology to address gaps in policy, process, roles, and systems prior to implementation; ensured 30K employees were prepared to operate effectively as new processes and ERP capabilities were delivered.

Directed ERP program deployment budget, schedule architecture and gating, correcting previous business readiness failure through root-cause analysis, process architecture rationalization, and wave controls. Strategically allocated a $400M project budget, inclusive of mobilizing a 200-member project team and multi-program ensuring alignment with business strategy, goals, and objectives from phase-gate (process delineation), to execution (implementation of ROI-driven change control processes) through on-time completion.

Established first formal BI organization. Consolidated enterprise business intelligence and deployed common architecture aligned with ERP implementation. Defined scope and priorities, secured funding, hired staff, vetted vendors, negotiated software and maintenance contracts, established policy and procedures, integrated data sources, and built new BI architecture supporting all core processes. Managed 8 direct reports and 16 matrix contributors. Administered budget of $15M.
