Sarah leads global communications and investor relations at ImmunityBio, Inc. (formerly NantKwest), a clinical-stage immunotherapy company developing next-generation therapies for treating cancer and infectious diseases. She leads communications strategy across multiple Nant Companies in the biotech energy, tech, and environmental fields.

Created global energy storage company’s first formal marketing program, including demand generation, sales enablement, public relations and internal communications. With more than 3,000 systems deployed globally, NantEnergy (formerly Fluidic Energy) was considered the leader in long duration energy storage and the top developer of Zinc-based battery chemistries. The Zinc-Air technology was sold to FORM Energy in 2020.

Sarah was charged with building and launching the marketing and inside sales functions for this B2B tech company that provides a cloud-based platform for managing distributed energy resources on the electric grid. In this role, she spearheaded the development of marketing, brand awareness, and communications strategies as well as managed the policy, marketing, and pre-sales teams to raise company visibility and increase demand.
