About Sarah Luken
I'm Sarah, a California native living in upstate New York who loves all things digital with a passion for museums and nonprofits. I moved to the East Coast for my current position in the Digital Media Department at The Corning Museum of Glass, which I discovered after watching Netflix's glassblowing competition series Blown Away. I began my career working in both small and mid-sized museums in San Diego's iconic Balboa Park where I've managed a variety of marketing campaigns and budgets for diverse audiences. In my various roles, I've developed and implemented marketing strategies, managed an E-communication rebranding, pitched and attained media coverage for exhibit and events, introduced data into marketing decisions, grown social media platforms, did a Facebook Live with National Geographic, and so much more.
