-Enhanced community perception of Lafarge by initiating, developing, and maintaining an active and involved partnership with the Earhart Environmental Magnet School and Kansas Parks and Wildlife, in Wichita, Kansas and Waltham Elementary School in Utica, Illinois. -Organized, marketed, and managed the first Illinois River Clean Up, which is now an annual event attended by government officials, community and businesses leaders, and Lafarge personnel.-Secured retraction of an Air Quality Notice of Violation thereby preventing opposition group from using the violation to fight Lafarge’s expansion of its site’s mining permit by closely collaborating with state regulators and local Lafarge personnel in Missouri to prove Lafarge was not at fault.-Led environmental efforts relating to divestment of Lafarge’s Central Missouri facilities; ensured successful closure of environmental issues, reporting, documentation, and permitting for both Lafarge’s Internal Divestment Team and the acquiring company.-Played key role in securing a settlement agreement with the US Army Corps of Engineers regarding historic wetlands allegations; conducted 18 months of in-depth research, issued comprehensive reports, arranged talks and meeting and advised extensively regarding negotiations.

-Led Regional Solar Pilot Project-Coordinated Lafarge’s Public Transportation Program-Supported Environmental Managers in the West US Region; assisted with project permitting, wetland monitoring, and water rights.-Developed EPA National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Storm Water Pollution Prevention Spill Plans and Spill Prevention Countermeasures and Control Plans.-Conducted New Source Performance Standard (NSPS) Subpart 000 emission readings; created associated reports and sent to State agencies.
