While I am always looking for new challenges, I excel particularly well when I have the opportunity to bring order from chaos.I’ve been fortunate to have learned from great leaders. As a growing leader, I’ve learned that the best thing you can do for your team is help them find the resources that they need to reach their goals, believe in them, and push them to take the next step when you see that they are ready (even if they don’t yet see it!). When I'm not at work, I love traveling the world, experimenting with new recipes, and alternating between Pilates and weight lifting.
