Researches KIDS application and its ability to enhance adherence to principles, policies and procedures. Attends and conducts relevant trainings to support knowledge of good casework practice and KIDS application. Serves as a liaison between OCYF offices, the Office of Administration/Bureau of Information Systems (OA/BIS) and service providers to exchange information. Serves as a mentor for OCYF staff in the use of KIDS and integration of good casework practice. Provides technical assistance by answering questions and researches as necessary. Consults with OCYF and OA/BIS staff to resolve KIDS casework practice issues/problems. Participates in quality assurance programs. Ensures OCYF staff’s understanding and use of KIDS. Recommends necessary trainings. Recommends areas for improvement in KIDS staff practice and service delivery. Reports KIDS problems or non-compliance issues. Prepares summaries with recommendations for KIDS improvement, changes, and/or to resolve problems. Ensures electronic records are maintained in an appropriate, accurate and timely manner. Assesses KIDS usage, as well as casework practices and techniques. Generates reports as needed. Analyzes/interprets data from the reports. Maintains data and provides information on the use of KIDS.
