• Began with the team as a Revenue Cycle trainee, transitioned into the role of Project Analyst for Revenue Cycle Management and consulted on the company’s contract for PM and EMR software programs and Revenue Cycle Management training.• Maintained incoming client communications, triaged, delegated, and resolved client needs.
