Responsible for the comprehensive oversight and management of 30,000 square foot campus. While in this role I had the pleasure of leading the campus through a $4 million renovation/addition. Other Responsibilities Include:➢ Develop, implement and manage facility rental program.➢Emergency Management➢ Hire, train and oversee rental staff➢ Formulate facility and property related budget and approve expenditures➢ Forecast long-term replacements and renovations, including timeline and costs➢ Oversee all licensing, maintenance and use of building, vehicle and grounds➢ Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate all paid and unpaid maintenance and property staff.(Contacts such as: Rental Staff, Janitorial, HVAC, Extermination, Lawn Care, Security, & Fire.)➢ Work with all city, county, police and fire agencies to ensure code and inspection compliancealong with ensuring safe, sanitary work methods that minimize risk and liability creating a safetyprocedures and reviews with periodic drills for emergency response.➢ Oversee and train staff on procedures to ensure campus is safe and secure.➢ In cooperation with Board of Directors, coordinate the negotiation of work andsupervise all outside contractors for work done for all buildings and equipment owned or leasedby CTK/SCCP.➢ Coordinate insurance coverage and recovery➢ Keep current all facility policies, contract details and lease agreements.➢ Keep updated preventative maintenance schedules, inspections, safety & security.➢ Advertise, coordinate, and communicate with all facility users - facility policies, contracts, fees,expectations, responsibilities. IE: CtK Preschool, YMCA, Javesca, Steele Creek CommunityPlace, Mecklenburg County Voting, Community Events/Associations, Rental Clients etc.➢ Maintain an accurate web presence on the CtK website for facility policies and use requests.
