I am passionate about helping people achieve the lifestyle they want through individualized exercise prescriptions. I believe studying physical therapy will equip me with knowledge and skills to help others achieve their movement goals. While at Ball State, I was an active student and contributed to my program by serving on the Exercise Science Club executive board for 2 years, contributing my opinions to the School's Student Advisory Board, working as an aid in the Physical Fitness classes and Undergraduate Research Lab, and volunteered as a teaching assistant. My previous jobs at SpringHill and positions at Ball State have taught me valuable leadership skills and how to collaborate with a team to achieve a common goal. While my jobs at MedX and MyGym and the 100+ hours of physical therapy observations have taught me how to be flexible and adapt to every client or patient I work with.
