Responsible for building, driving, and growing the presence of Indochino by telling the brand’s story in fresh and innovative ways across a spectrum of North America wide media channels, including national and regional business and lifestyle media across North America. Led media relations, corporate communications, influencers, social media and events management. My role also included partnerships, retail marketing and regional store openings. During my tenure, the brand tripled in size, growing from an ecommerce brand to an omnichannel retailer with more than 30 showrooms across North America and dozens of shop-in-shops in US Nordstrom locations. Key Focus Areas: Fashion and Lifestyle PR: Oversaw seasonal collection and product launches, working with Product, Retail, Ecommerce and Marketing to produce look books and campaign materials. Organized multiple press events in New York and LA both in-house and through agency partners, achieving coverage in the major menswear and lifestyle publications. Retail Expansion: Successfully launched more than 80 showrooms across North America, driving awareness of Indochino regionally through a mix of media and influencer outreach, grand opening events and partnerships. Corporate Communications: Developed a corporate communications program that includes global speaking engagements, industry awards, business announcements and profile opportunities. Drafted materials including press releases, award submissions, Q&As, backgrounders and presentations. Coverage highlights include profiles in The New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Washington Post, Chicago Tribune, The Globe and Mail, Canadian Business, Forbes, Fortune, and Bloomberg.
