I've worked for the last 6 years in Customer Support and Technical Support roles. My past experience with Project Management and Development have given me a unique ability to communicate between the worlds of engineering and customers. I also volunteer with the YWCA and FM Pride organizations, to give back to the women and at-risk groups in our community. My best days are any day when I can make someone else's day less stressful, through big and small gestures of empathy and open communication.
