My achievements with this portfolio included:The completion of apartment renovations at SilverBrick Lofts, along with the addition of 3 new retail tenants.The successful completion of a full building renovation at SilverBrick Square. This project included the renovations of all common areas, apartments and the addition of 15 apartments to the building to bring the unit count to 114 units, while the building was still occupied by as little as 65% and at times up to 85%.
