I get to spend my time indulging my curiosity, creating, and collaborating.I currently support learning programs designed to support our people in building the core skills and capabilities they need to thrive in today's environment of exponential change.I joined Accenture in 2005 working in training design and development for clients in the financial services, pharmaceutical, and consulting industries. In 2008, I joined the Business Interlock group and supported the Strategy: Talent & Organization, Strategy: Sales & Customer Service, and the Technology: SAP and SuccessFactors teams. In 2015 I joined the Learning and Leadership Center of Excellence to support our internal corporate functions learning programs focusing on HR and CIO including our HR leadership excellence program, the talent accelerator program, and our HR Management Committee regional learning events. In 2019, I supported scaling FORM and Design Thinking Learning experiences and joined our One Accenture core skills learning team soon after. The core skills learning team is dedicated to building those foundational skills and behaviors all 700,000 people at Accenture need to thrive.Specialties: Learning strategy, collaboration strategies, competency strategies, curriculum design, instructional design, project management, communications, and audience analysis.Personal Info: I live with my husband (Jason), our two children (James and Hannah), and our 2 dogs (Zelda and Link) in Bolingbrook, IL. I enjoy playing with my kids, reading, hiking, and am a big fan of science fiction. I also serve on my local library board and won election to the board in 2023I work out of my home office on most days.
