Develops and implements operational strategy designed to support the Foundation's long and short-term objectives including understanding all aspects of the Foundation's culture, programs, communications strategies and donor relationships, and how they work together to build the capacity of the Foundation.

Coordinates strategies and systems to grow philanthropy and develop funds within the organization, including overseeing the WYCF Annual Fund and establishment of endowed funds for individuals, corporations and nonprofit entities.

Helping support economic self-sufficiency for Wyoming's women and a brighter future for girls. Oversee operations of an endowed fund at the Wyoming Community Foundation; provide leadership internally among WYWF staff and board; prepare and execute operational and fundraising plans; engage with key decision makers at the local and state levels, as well as advocate for Wyoming women and families; forge partnerships with organizations whose missions and work align with WYWF to achieve common goals, and oversee production of one annual fundraising event for WYWF - the Wyoming Women's Antelope Hunt.

-Contributed to raising the most funds in Eagle Club history, eclipsing the $2 million mark-Collaborated on Eagle Club website (complete with donor portal), as well as several collateral pieces and signage-Coordinated the first-ever student-athlete 'Thank-A-Thon' across (16) sports-Oversight of business program, encouraging annual fund memberships from local business support partners

-Oversaw management of Wildcatter Stadium Club Seats at War Memorial Stadium-Donor Representative in 3 areas, including personal stewardship, cultivation and solicitation-Oversaw organization of and marketing for the annual Cowboy Joe Club Auctions, both live and online including organizing volunteers, establishing items and event flow, and soliciting sponsorships-Led organization, scheduling, marketing and execution of Cowboy Joe Club Golf Series, including organizing volunteers, and procuring sponsorships and participants
