In this role, I am dedicated to supporting the Brand and Business Agenda for the Johns Lyng Group through the development, refinement and successful execution of a system of People Practices and well considered solutions. The position is also be dedicated to co-creating, implementing and managing a blueprint of structure, process, tools and systems that will support the rapid growth an expansion of the Johns Lyng Group.

In this role, I am responsible for providing educated and accurate advice regarding migration enquiries and visa options to businesses and individual candidates wanting to relocate international, skilled resources to work in Australia.I work with a customer service focused team of Registered Migration Agents, who all share a common desire to develop strong, mutually beneficial and long-term business relationships with corporate customers and strive to develop a detailed understanding of individuals to ensure that their experience and livelihood in Australia is optimised. Fundamental to my role is:• Assessing individual candidate and company sponsorship or visa options• Preparing, lodging and managing business sponsorship and employee visa applications, in accordance with the Department of Immigration and Border Protection (DIBP) policies and regulations and/or associated bodies• Researching and undergoing continuous professional development in order to maintain up to date knowledge of Australian immigration policy and legislation • Corresponding with DIBP, relevant bodies and government authorities and keeping customers well informed of all developments relating to their application• Identifying and resolving issues and providing the best solutions to meet customer needsI maintain an up to date technical library as required by the Migration Agents Registration Authority (MARA) and in accordance with the Migration Agents Code of Conduct to ensure that the process is managed quickly, effectively and with entirely compliant outcomes for our customers.
