• Organized and managed the recruitment process at various campuses (from 200-1400 women) to fill the membership positions (25-70 open spots) of our international chapters.

• Managed the organizational operations and development of the chapter that consisted on 145 members, 24 officers, seven staff members, 11 advisors, and other stakeholders.
• Successfully organized fall formal recruitment for our chapter, alongside the Chief Recruiting Officer, Recruitment Director, and the other members of the Executive Recruitment Board. Interviewed over 700 women to.
