About Sarah Mcgregor
After earning my Bachelor of Science degree in Public Health at Oregon State University in fall of 2014, I took my leadership skills and relationship-building expertise to the international level by serving as an Educational Leadership Consultant for Kappa Alpha Theta Fraternity. As a traveling consultant, I worked with hundreds of chapter members/students, volunteers and staff, at over 15 college and universities across the United States and Canada on leadership development, problem-solving strategies, communication skills, and organizational management. My tasks as a consultant included ensuring chapter growth by assisting chapter officers in their recruitment efforts each fall/spring and also listening to the concerns/issues of a chapter then aiding them in developing sustainable techniques to improve upon these challenges. My end goal, after helping the chapter in these areas of need, was to focus on ways to enhance their strengths in order to create continued success within the organization. As my time as an educational leadership consultant has come to a close, I am looking forward to discovering many opportunities to showcase the skills I’ve gained overtime and the newly developed knowledge I have collected this past year.I currently reside in Seattle, WA.
Listed skills include Leadership, Public Speaking, Social Networking, People Skills, and 15 others.
