HR Start-Up to Acquisition – led the HR strategy & operations as the company grew from 15 to 140 employees. Developed & implemented a range of HR services including total compensation, recruitment & retention, job design & evaluation, onboarding, learning & development, performance management, policy development, and employee health & wellness.Merger/Acquisition – led the HR initiatives through various business cycle changes including moving to SaaS, 3 acquisitions, and achieving the company goal of getting acquired in 2020.International – led the set-up of HR operations as we opened offices in the US and Australia.Talent Acquisition – managed the recruitment process to hire over 125 people for a variety of roles (technical, specialized, and management). Grew and led the HR team. Compensation – oversaw the development & implementation of compensation review; participated in industry salary surveys and advised on compensation packages. Negotiated the annual renewal of the company’s benefits plans. Legal – coordinated immigration efforts and supported/facilitated organizational change initiatives.Performance Management – developed a company-wide 360-feedback program and a process for bi-weekly 1:1 meetings. Oversaw the selection and implementation of PM software, and trained stakeholders. Collaborated with managers on performance improvement programs. Metrics – successfully maintained a turnover rate between .9 - 3% which is well below industry average. Employee Engagement – led the design & implementation of employee surveys. Our employee NPS increased 58.2% over 4 years.
