Responsible for building and managing the SHL consultancy business in Melbourne. I deliver high-end consultancy solutions across the employee life-cycle and represent SHL within the broader HR community, e.g. Presenting and hosting round table events and sharing latest thought leadership across key topics. Additional responsibilities include managing large scale client projects end to end, as well as supporting the sales team in growing the Melbourne business.

Responsible for managing a number of SHL's largest consultancy-led accounts and for designing and delivering senior level assessment, development and Talent Management solutions.Key contributions included:- Leading the design and roll-out of a large-scale talent management solution (involving over 400 participants) for a leading telecommunications company. This involved managing the client relationship, creating the solution, and managing the consultant project team across the UK- Managing the account for a large UK retailer and leading the delivery of several online volume recruitment solutions- Coaching and mentoring several colleagues particularly in the areas of talent management, volume recruitment and competency design

Responsible for managing a portfolio of SHL's largest clients in the London region. This involved business development and account management activities to manage and grow the existing portfolio.Key contributions included:- Growing a UK retail account from zero to over £400,000 within two years- Managing the relationship for a large UK train network operator, growing revenue significantly across a 2 year period- Developing expertise within the Professional Services and Legal sectors to encouarge networking and sharing of information and experiences across our client community and within the SHL sales team- Winning a contract with a large public sector organisation for designing and delivering an online skills assessment tool to help return the long-term unemployed to work (one of the largest contract deals in SHL history)Prior to this, I worked as an Assessment and Development Consultant, designing and implementing a range of consultancy solutions.My key areas of expertise in this role were:- Designing and delivering assessment and development centres- Designing competency frameworks- Designing and delivering training courses (including Level A and B, CBI and Assessor training)- Designing bespoke volume sifting solutions (including SJTs and customised reports) - Managing large-scale projects and project teams- Scoping solutions and pricing for complex consultancy projects

Worked on the team responsible for developing and trialling Saville Consulting's core Portfolio of Aptitude and Personality assessment tools (including Wave). This included the design of support materials, delivering training courses and business development.
