A highly experienced Microsoft CRM expert specialising in the Housing Sector, I was one of a very small number of people in the UK that saw the potential benefits of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM solution for the social housing sector and as a result founded, with my fellow director, Goldcrest Solutions – the highly respected and successful Microsoft Dynamics CRM practice specialising in delivering solutions to the Housing sector in the UK. In the time I have been Director of Goldcrest Solutions I have spearheaded the strategy to develop a suite of highly relevant industry focussed solutions, at the same time I have stayed in touch with my technical roots and have been extensively involved in the successful delivery of over 15 implementations of Microsoft Dynamics CRM in housing ranging from managing business transformation, system design, project management through to actual configuration and customisation of CRM. I am as passionate about Microsoft Dynamics CRM as I am about the housing sector just because I have seen that when done right CRM can truly transform the level of service delivered and benefit both staff and residents alike.
