- Joined the fastest growing, most globally distributed Blockchain startup as employee ~150 - Recruited, hired, on-boarded and led an international, cross-functional team of 10 full time employees to envision, design, develop and implement decentralized systems of organizing in alignment with the org’s values: decentralization, transparency, trust, empowerment- Coached and collaborated with leaders of 15 product and functional teams & stakeholders and designed and led company-wide programs to grow and scale teams, learn skills, and build organizational capacity in the following areas: conflict, feedback & performance management, learning & development, Agile software development- Sourced, hired, on-boarded and deployed an international team of 20 service providers (facilitators and coaches)- Led a team to build the back-end system and front-end internal website to facilitate efficient and effective connections between internal teams & service providers. Through research and data analysis, delivered expansion strategy into key markets - UK, HK, Singapore, Melbourne & Sydney Launched new revenue stream - Deliveroo Editions- Created a financial model to determine investment required, forecasted cash flows, and formulated execution plans for a new business development initiative- Launched pilot in February 2016 and has since expanded throughout London and internationally

Served as a team lead at the pilot site of corporate initiative of a $3bn aerospace company to rebrand and consolidate 100 sites down to fourteen. I led teams to develop, write the playbook for and execute the future state across four areas: Production Systems, Supply Chain, ERP Implementation (Oracle), Business Development.Key Responsibilities:- Developed strategic objectives with top management of a 400-person site; performed analysis to set targets for top and bottom-line financial impact- Recruited high-ranking advocates across functions to champion transformation- Led cross-functional teams and liaised with McKinsey consultants to analyze data, develop insights, execute strategic projects -Managed key ERP and CRM projects that were adopted as best practices across CobhamKey Accomplishments:- Improved customer on-time-delivery- Achieved and sustained $0 past due revenue- Led procurement renegotiation project, which surpassed savings targets
