- Working closely with the merchandise and marketing teams to define, develop and implement the trade strategy for all territories in line with business goals. - Enhancing the visual merchandising and search experience for the international customer. - Planning assets and overall homepage look on a weekly basis. - Reporting customer behaviour insights to relevant teams. - Communicating relevant performance insights, analysis and information on all territories. - Generate ideas and product research for trade promotions to convert new and existing customers. - Approve product selections & messaging for onsite activities.

- To provide crucial support to the Merchandising Team, enabling the effective management of stock and maximisation of profit- Monitoring and recording the delivery of stock- Updating and maintaining various reports- Creation and communication of ad-hoc reporting pertaining to sales and intake of category/trend/colour as requested by merchandising team- Taking an active role in analysing sales and trends- Liaising with members of buying and ecommerce team to retrieve and circulate information

Key responsibilities include preparing weekly reports on store commerciality to identify best and slow selling products and using money mapping to optimise sales within the store. Regularly leading meeting on Visual Merchandising to communicate results of store reports to a team including Managers, Supervisors and Sales Advisors. Frequent experience of working closely with stock department to ensure stock levels provide maximum profit through monitoring SKU level.

Conducted guided tours of the Geography Department and presented “Student Experience” to audiences of over 200 prospective students and their guardians.
