Hello! I'm Sarah Minghini, a senior double major in Political Science and Communication (Integrated Marketing & Public Relations) with a minor in Global Studies, Social Entrepreneurship at Seton Hill University in Greensburg, Pennsylvania. I am currently looking for a full-time role in Communication or related fields upon my graduation from Seton Hill in December of 2024. I am open to any location and am willing to relocate as necessary. During the summer of 2024, I'm working at the J.M. Smucker Co. as a Corporate Communications intern in Orrville, Ohio. I have led internal communications for the intern class of 126 members. I have led cross-functional internal article work for the sustainability and internal events team. Through this experience I have also worked on my external communications skills including vetting and social media. A highlight of my internship was a sustainability communications research project that combined the skills of my two majors. Last summer, I worked as a Corporate Communications Intern at Volvo Cars USA in Mahwah, New Jersey. I worked under the advisement of the Employee and Executive Communications Manager, and the Brand and Lifestyle Communications Manager among others to work on numerous projects that helped me to hone my skills as a future communication professional. I am so grateful for the opportunity to experience the field of communication in a corporate environment as well as diving into the automotive industry.I am currently working at the Downtown Greensburg Project as a Marketing and Communication Assistant under the supervision of the DGP founder and director. I have learned and honed my skills in social media, event planning, community engagement, and writing among others.On the Hill, I am the President of Seton Hill Model United Nations, Vice President of the Marketing and Communication club, Vice President of Seton Hill College Democrats, Scholarship Officer of Lambda Pi Eta (National Communication Honors Society) and a member of Pi Sigma Alpha (Political Science Honors Society) which helps me to develop my professional and leadership skills even further.Please take the chance to get to know me by taking a look at my profile.
